We promote holistic wellness through mental, physical, emotional, and social health initiatives tailored to diaspora needs. BACO-UK offers both virtual and face-to-face health-awareness events, peer support networks, and resources to help members thrive.
Key Initiatives:
- Mental Health Support: Confidential counselling, peer support groups, awareness campaigns, and referrals to professional services.
- Physical Wellbeing Programs: Group exercise, health screenings, and nutrition workshops.
- Wellness Workshops: Stress management, work-life balance, sleep health, mindfulness, and gender-specific health forums.
